Ray was born in Red Bluff California. He received an Associate of Arts Degree from Shasta College in Redding and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Sacramento. Ray owned and operated a Snap-on Tool franchise for twelve years. He has also owned and operated Ray's Car Wash, Nations concrete delivery company, and is the former CEO of R&R Financial Corporation. Ray is a proud member of the professional team at Coldwell Banker C&C Properties. Ray has received the Multi-Million Dollar Award from the Shasta County Board of Realtors, the International Sterling Society, the International Diamond Society and The Presidents Circle Awards from Coldwell Banker International.
