Ray was born in Red Bluff California. He received an Associate of Arts Degree from Shasta College in Redding and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Sacramento. Ray owned and operated a Snap-on Tool franchise for twelve years. He has also owned and operated Ray's Car Wash, Nations concrete delivery company, and is the former CEO of R&R Financial Corporation. Ray is a proud member of the professional team at Coldwell Banker C&C Properties. Ray has received the Multi-Million Dollar Award from the Shasta County Board of Realtors, the International Sterling Society, the International Diamond Society and The Presidents Circle Awards from Coldwell Banker International. Beth is the key office coordinator. She has oversight across the entire operation. Don't ask me how she manages to handle all the different situations that seam to come up, but she does this with an almost spiritual ease. I think we should just refer to her as Wonder Woman.
Cheryl has been with the company for over 10 years. She started off as an agent and quickly moved into the escrow coordination position where she does a wonderful job of keeping the transactions rolling smoothly and efficiently.
Amber is our listing coordinator. She has oversight of the paper work required to make sure your home has all the legally required forms executed. She also makes sure the signs are placed and removed in a timely manner. Amber is a great asset to our team.
Zach comes from a gaming design and marketing background. This man knows his way around the web. Zach is in charge of all web content and design for the company. In todays Internet based world of real estate his job is very important to successfully selling your home and property.
Louise is in charge of all incoming and out going referrals. It is an invaluable position. People moving here from out of the area count on Louise to coordinate the home hunting and relocation information. People leaving the area count on her to see that they have an agent that is qualified to my high standards to work with in the area they are moving to.
She does this very well.
